This is a courtesy translation. First Impression Studio operates in Mexico, and the Spanish version of this notice is the one that governs under Mexican data protection law. If the two ever disagree, the Spanish version prevails.

Who is responsible for your data

First Impression Studio, a brand operated by Aldo Inda, based in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data you share with us.

What we collect

Only what we need to help you:

Your name, as it appears on your WhatsApp profile or as you tell it to us.
Your phone number, when you message us on WhatsApp.
Your email address, if you choose to write to us that way.
What we talk about: what you tell us about your business — what you do, what you need, how you handle customers today — and the meetings we schedule.

We do not ask for card numbers, bank details, government IDs or passwords. If something like that were ever needed to sign a contract, it would be requested separately and with your express consent.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not ask for and do not want health information, ethnic origin, beliefs, union membership, political opinions or sexual preference. If you work in healthcare and patient information happens to come up in a conversation, we cut the subject and do not record it: that data belongs to you and your patients, and handling it falls under your own privacy notice.

What we use it for

Necessary purposes

Without these we could not help you:

Answering your messages and questions.
Understanding what your business needs so we can quote it seriously.
Scheduling and confirming calls or meetings.
Following up on a conversation left open.
Delivering and invoicing the service, if we reach an agreement.

Additional purposes

These are not necessary, and you can decline without it affecting the attention you get:

Sending you information about new services or improvements.
Inviting you to case studies or material that might be useful to you.

To decline, just tell us on the same WhatsApp or by email. No form, no procedure.

How we answer your messages

When you write to our WhatsApp, the first reply may come from an automated assistant working for us. If you ask whether you are talking to a person or to a system, you are told the truth right away. At any point you can ask to speak with Aldo directly and the conversation is handed to him.

Conversations are stored so we can follow up and so you do not have to repeat what you already told us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to third parties for commercial purposes.

We do use technology providers that process it on our behalf, only so the service works:

Meta Platforms — WhatsApp, where the conversation happens.
Google — calendar for meetings and, where applicable, site analytics.
Airtable — where the contact record and the conversation are stored.
Anthropic — the language model that drafts the assistant's replies.
Cloudflare and Netlify — where the site and the system live.

These transfers do not require your consent, as they involve providers acting on behalf of the data controller under article 37 of Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or profiling cookies. If we ever turn on analytics or campaign measurement tools, it will be announced in this same notice before they start operating.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold (Access), to correct anything wrong (Rectification), to delete it (Cancellation) or to stop using it for certain purposes (Opposition). You can also withdraw your consent.

To do so, write to hello@firstimpressionmx.com with your name, the WhatsApp number you contacted us from, and what you want done. We reply within twenty business days at most.

There is no cost, and you do not have to explain why. If you ask us to delete your data, it gets deleted.

Changes to this notice

If anything changes, it is published on this page with the update date at the top. Significant changes are also announced through whatever channel you used to contact us.

If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may contact Mexico's National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI).
